I’m a creative entrepreneur and brand architect with over 20 years of experience in food, hospitality, and wellness — from running restaurants and organic supermarkets in the South of France to building new consumer brands from the ground up.

My work blends culinary storytelling, product design, and brand creation into one ecosystem — helping ideas grow from spark to shelf. I design and build brands with soul — from concept, recipe, and naming to visual identity, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

As a former chef and hotelier, I understand how to create real experiences that people can taste, feel, and believe in. That hands-on understanding of craft and culture now fuels my work in the wellness, food, and lifestyle sectors — where I focus on building founder-led brands that are authentic, profitable, and ready to scale.

I’ve grown teams, doubled turnovers, and led multiple start-ups to profitability. Today, I work through APG Brand Agency, developing and guiding brands that connect creativity, commerce, and consciousness — from seed idea to global identity.
